Valley Management Services (VMS) provides all of the financial management for the Association, including paying bills, sending out annual assessments, collecting fines, monitoring accounts sent to Collection, maintaining financial records for tax purposes, and monitoring the annual budget. Inquiries about the status of fines, annual assessments, and escrow demands related to the sale or refinance of homes in Hiddenbrooke should be sent to VMS at the address below.

Annual Dues are $55 and there is a transfer fee which is paid in escrow to Valley Management Services. Title companies can contact Valley Management Services for any amounts due to the Association and any disclosure documents not found on this web site.

CC&R Complaints should be sent to CCR-Complaint@HiddenbrookeOnline.org with a street address, description and picture of the problem AND your name, address and phone number. Complaints can also be mailed to Valley Management Services (see address above). Complaints about a home in the Village, Villas, Reflections or Summit should FIRST be sumitted to their respective HOA. Emails will automaticaly be forwarded by the server to: CC&R Manager, Vacant & Foreclosed Manager, Liason Director for CC&Rs, Liason Director for Foreclosed Homes and the President.
