New Hiddenbrooke Fitness Training Just in Time for the Holidays!
We’ve all been there—sitting around the table with WAY too much food on the plate in front of us. We know we shouldn’t be eating so much, but it’s just so darn good! Plus, we’re all set to make that infamous New Year’s resolution to join a gym so we can afford to eat those extra cookies now—we’ll just spend an extra hour on the elliptical at the gym. Right? But wait a second, that’s the same resolution we made last year and we all know how long that lasted!
Well, GOOD NEWS! SCULPT Power Hour is coming! Starting January 2nd a new Group Fitness option will be available in Hiddenbrooke! The group will be led by Hiddenbrooke resident, Jenna Dorsey-Spitz and will have several meeting times to meet your busy schedule! Jenna’s goal is to provide an inspiring, fast paced, calorie busting workout that will motivate a healthy lifestyle one grueling hour at a time.
SCULPT Power Hour is for athletes of all ages and experience levels. It combines military boot camp style training, world class cardio practices, balanced strength training, and Pilates inspired core work into one powerful hour long workout. Best of all, it requires virtually no special equipment. In fact, most classes will be conducted outdoors around the Hiddenbrooke community. Power Hour is designed to make fitness an easy priority in your day for just a portion of what that new gym membership would cost.
