Hiddenbrooke Community Association

Since the year 2000, families have moved to Hiddenbrooke to enjoy the open space, herds of deer, flocks of quail and red tail hawks.  They moved here for peace and quiet, beautiful homes and a comfortable way of life.  They enjoy living near a golf course and waking up to green hills and mooing cows.  In order to maintain and improve this unique quality of life, the Hiddenbrooke Community Association (HCA), a voluntary group of Hiddenbrooke residents, was organized and founded in 2002. We are a California public benefit non profit corporation. There are seven elected directors serving staggered two year terms. The officers are selected by the directors and everyone is a volunteer. There are no paid staff functions of the HCA.

Vision Statement
“We are connecting our residents with the unique characteristics of Hiddenbrooke through the process of providing service, informing, facilitating, and integrating; so that our actions enhance the living experiences of our family and community members.”

Our Committees are Working on:

  • Improving public facilities – getting a community park built in Hiddenbrooke
  • Monitoring and auditing the Hiddenbrooke Maintenance District
  • Organizing Neighborhood Watch and other community safety programs
  • Managing the Welcome Center
  • Organizing golf tournaments and social events
  • Collect contributions to have the trash along Interstate 80 picked up
  • Managing HBNews, the Yahoo news group
  • Monitoring city council agendas and speaking at council meetings on issues impacting Hiddenbrooke
  • Organizing the annual Hiddenbrooke residents golf tournament
  • Organizing and supporting charity events
  • Managing the Hiddenbrooke Community Website www.hiddenbrookeonline.org

Dues
Membership in HCA is voluntary.  Dues are currently $40 per year and are billed on the calendar year. Download Application.
