About Us

This Hiddenbrooke Community Website is a project of the Hiddenbrooke Community Association. It was designed, built and hosted for the benefit of all of the residents of Hiddenbrooke.

Located in Vallejo, California, just 30 miles from San Francisco, and just 10 minutes from the Napa Valley, you will find Hiddenbrooke, a beautiful golf course community with over 1200 homes. Our community is built around the Hiddenbrooke Golf Club, a signature Arnold Palmer designed golf course. Hiddenbrooke received four and a half stars from Golf Digest -- the highest rating for any golf course in Northern California.

You can find information here about the:

Hiddenbrooke Community Association (HCA), a voluntary association formed in 2002 to improve the quality of life in Hiddenbrooke.  HCA Vision Statement: "We are connecting our residents with the unique characteristics of Hiddenbrooke through the process of providing service, informing, facilitating, and integrating; so that our actions enhance the living experiences of our family and community members."

Hiddenbrooke Property Owners Association (HPOA), a mandatory association of Hiddenbrooke property owners formed to provide architectural control (maintenance, protection and preservation) of the residential lots in Hiddenbrooke.  The Association enforces the master CC&Rs, provides volunteers for the HMD Advisory Committee, publishes HB-TIMES each March, June and Sept and supports community events.  Some neighborhoods in Hiddenbrooke have their own home owner associations, such as The Village, Fairway Villas, Reflections, and The Summit, so those residents belong to two mandatory associations.

Hiddenbrooke Architectural Review Committee (HARC), a group appointed by the HPOA to review and approve changes or additions to landscape or structures, including the approvals of any new construction.  Residents of neighborhoods with their own HOA’s must apply for approval for all landscape and hardscape projects through both their own HOA and HARC.

Hiddenbrooke Maintenance District (HMD), is responsible for taking care of the landscape along the parkway, and many public areas in Hiddenbrooke, such as the waterfall at the entrance, the slopes and gazebo park near the plaza, the sand park on Bennington Drive, the neighborhood monuments, etc.  For a complete list of HMD areas, please see the HMD page under the HCA tab.

Hiddenbrooke News (HB News), is a Yahoo Group set up and maintained to share information among Hiddenbrooke residents about Hiddenbrooke and about the Hiddenbrooke Community Association (HCA), Hiddenbrooke Property Owners Association, Inc. (HPOA), Hiddenbrooke Clubs and Businesses and the Hiddenbrooke Maintenance District (HMD), and to foster a sense of community amongst neighbors.
